Overview

A highly interactive activity designed to reinforce the importance and value of individual roles within a team.

 

Cardboard cutouts are to be turned into 'bricks', before a bustling process of artistic design can begin.

 

The completed 'bricks' must then correspond with each other as they are stacked to reveal the overall design, which emerges as a structure is constructed "Brick by Brick" to form a pre-determined shape.

 

The grand finale involves hard hats, hi-vis vests, chants, music and movement!
